Tiny Eagles Basketball League offers players the opportunity for character-building, player development and will help form a relationship between teammates and coaches. This program will promote a healthy competitive spirit and discover skills through basketball necessary to succeed both on and off the court. The game format and rules are designed to teach basketball at an age specific level that grows with each young athlete. Registration starts November 26, 2018 (Program includes a t-shirt)

Activity room. Games will be played at Almansor Park Gym on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
Sign up as a team or an individual Individuals are not guaranteed a roster spot.
Every attempt will be made to place an individual on a team. Individual awards are presented for 1st and 2nd place finishers.

Organized adult sports leagues are offered year round at the Almansor Park Sports Complex. All participants in adult leagues must be a minimum of 18 years
of age, or have graduated from high school. Information regarding registration periods, leagues/divisions offered is available by call the Recreation Services Office at (626) 570-5081, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. After business hours, information can be obtain by calling the Almansor Park Gymnasium office, (626) 570-5052. Dates of league meetings and the start of league play will be forwarded to team representatives once a league is formed.

Coed Basketball LA Sport Net Style is up and running in Alhambra! We have built a social coed league with weekly and season MVP's, stat tracking and more! Join us and see why LASportsnet is "A Smarter Way to Play" This 5 vs 5 Co-ed Basketball! Team has a 9 player minimum and must play 2 Male and 2 Female at all times. Eight (8) Weeks of regular season play plus playoffs. The top 8 teams advance to the playoffs. Registration covers all referee fees and team shirts for the season. Any Registrations after the deadline will not be guaranteed a shirt

Westside Volleyball a non-profit organization offers opportunities for adults to play in Leagues and Tournaments. Our Coed Leagues offer you a wide range of play from beginning to advanced. League play is held on Thursday evening while tournaments are held monthly and include Men's, Women's, Coed, and Reverse Coed. There are 1 day tournaments and 2 day Special Events. Free "open play" badminton, for persons of all ages, is offered at the Almansor Park Gym. Players must bring their own rackets and birdies. See the Gym Schedule for dates and times of play. Interested players can also join the Southern California Badminton Association-Alhambra.
Table tennis is an "open-play" activity offered at the Almansor Park Gym Activity Room, and at the Granada Park Activity Room. Bring your own paddle and pin pong ball. See the Gym Schedule for dates and times.
Open-play volleyball is available in the evening on weekdays and weekends. Please refer to the Gym Scheduled for times and locations.
Open play at both Almansor Park and Granada Park is geared for individuals who want to get some physical activity without the structure of league play. You will need to supply your own equipment for the most activities. Teens are welcome at both sites. The schedule for either gym may change due to facility rentals and/or special events. The specific scheduling of open play activities is listed in the table below.
