The City is strategically located in western San Gabriel Valley and provides tremendous opportunities for office, commercial and industrial operations. Alhambra is located close to major employment and business hubs in downtown Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, Orange County and the Inland Empire. (Update as of March 19, 2018). You may have seen a notice in Around Alhambra indicating that the Draft General Plan Update and Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) would be available for public review beginning March 23, 2018. However, the City and its consultant continue to refine both documents, and they will not be completed by this date. A new notice indicating a revised date for public review will be issued once the documents are ready. We anticipate that this will occur in the next couple of months and apologize for any inconvenience that this delay has caused.
