Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to complete and return a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
An Alhambra Business License is not needed to fill out the form, but is required if a contract is awarded.
The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)
